Mentorship Engagement Consultant – Real Estate

Company Overview: Eros Reclusion provides remote mentorship and educational programs for individuals interested in real estate and financial literacy. We deliver one-on-one virtual guidance and self-paced resources to help clients gain practical knowledge and complete their mentorship programs successfully. Position Overview: We are seeking a remote Mentorship Engagement Specialist to support clients in our real estate mentorship program. This role involves conducting virtual mentorship sessions, providing guidance based on your real estate knowledge, and helping clients stay engaged and on track. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual mentorship sessions with assigned clients. • Guide clients through basic real estate concepts and program milestones. • Track and document client progress accurately. • Maintain professional communication with clients and the mentorship team. • Encourage client engagement and program completion. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate (rentals, flips, or related experience required). • Strong communication and coaching skills. • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic online tools.
