Job Title: Medicare Biller Location: Naaman Community Home Healthcare Agency – Dallas, TX Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM) Job Summary: Naaman Community Home Healthcare Agency is seeking an experienced Medicare Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing Medicare claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing billing operations efficiently. Experience with Kinnser Billing Software is required. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and submit Medicare claims through Kinnser Billing Software. • Verify accuracy and completeness of billing documentation. • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices. • Maintain accurate patient billing records and documentation. • Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as necessary. • Communicate with insurance providers, patients, and internal teams to resolve billing issues. • Stay updated on Medicare billing policies and procedures. • Assist with audits and reporting as needed.
