Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a Lead Accountant & Tax Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Accountant & Tax Specialist, you will play a vital role in client success while mentoring and developing a supportive team. This position combines technical expertise in tax and accounting with leadership responsibilities, ensuring both excellent client service and the professional growth of your colleagues. Key Responsibilities • Lead the customer service process end-to-end for the Accounting Vertical. • Train, mentor, and develop rising talent within the team. • Provide thoughtful tax and bookkeeping solutions to clients. • Encourage cross-selling and collaboration across other service verticals (insurance, financial services, etc.). • Deliver strong results while maintaining exceptional client service standards. Requirements • CPA designation (preferred) or actively pursuing CPA. • 3–5 years of experience in tax accounting and bookkeeping. • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred. • Strong technical knowledge and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
