We’re Hiring – Java Expert (Telecom Applications) – Remote – East Coast StarTech Networks, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Java Expert with proven experience in building enterprise-grade applications for the telecom domain. If you have worked on OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, provisioning, mediation, or network operations and love solving complex problems with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs, we’d like to hear from you! What You’ll Do ✅ Design & develop Java-based telecom applications (OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, CRM). ✅ Integrate systems with APIs, mediation, and third-party telecom platforms. ✅ Build scalable, high-performance solutions for network operations. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers. What We’re Looking For Strong Java/J2EE expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices). Experience in OSS/BSS, billing, mediation, or network provisioning. Knowledge of APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, JMS), databases, and CI/CD. Exposure to telecom platforms (Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, Nokia, Openet) is a plus.
