Job Description Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management) Cooperation with other support teams within the entire organization Building up and contributing to Knowledge Base Qualifications IT operational support experience Deep technical knowledge in the technical domain of Operation systems (Windows, Linux), Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), Storage Knowledge of IT infrastructure Good English skills(written and spoken) Ability to work in a team Stress-resistance Willingness to learn NICE TO HAVE: ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage) Additional Information Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
