Intelligence Enablement & RFI Specialist

Title : Intelligence Enablement & RFI Specialist Location : Galsgow - Remote JD: RFI Management Serve as the primary point of contact for the intake, triage, and coordination of RFIs to the TI team. Ensure each RFI is logged, scoped and prioritised based on business impact, urgency, and aligned with IR (Intelligence Requirements). Maintain active communication with requesters to manage expectations and refine intelligence needs. Track and document the lifecycle of RFIs, including deadlines, delivery and feedback loops. Actionability of Intelligence Develop and maintain mechanisms to track how intelligence products and responses are actioned by stakeholders. Provide insight into the value and impact of intelligence outputs, contributing to regular reporting. Identify repeat requests, emerging themes, or patterns to inform the ICP (Intelligence Collection Plan). Operational Enablement Collaborate with the TI team to ensure intelligence production is aligned with stakeholder needs and operational decision points. Drive the development of stakeholder-specific intelligence briefs and tailored delivery formats. Support the maturity of feedback mechanisms and integration, requirement refinement and use-case expansion. Originally posted on Himalayas
