To keep pace, we need a proactive HR Generalist who can own the full hiring lifecycle and keep our people-ops compliant and efficient. Positions You’ll Fill - Helper - Foreman - Driver - Foreman/Driver Key Responsibilities - Audit and update all HR forms, policies, and protocols for best practices & CA compliance - Post, refresh, and manage job ads on Indeed and other major platforms - Screen applicants, verify references, and schedule interviews - Run background checks and pull DMV driving records - Coordinate onboarding and training schedules Qualifications - 2+ years in HR or talent acquisition - Fluent English; strong written & verbal communication - Hands-on experience with Indeed (or similar ATS) - Solid grasp of California labor laws and compliance requirements - Bonus: payroll/benefits experience, SHRM-CP or PHR certification - Bonus: Intermediate or better Spanish Engagement Details - Fully remote, 30–40 hours per week Ready to help us build a best-in-class team?
