Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, you will help implement therapy programs, support student communication development, and contribute meaningfully to IEP team efforts. This position is ideal for a compassionate and organized professional who is passionate about working with children and making a direct impact in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver therapy sessions and communication interventions as directed by supervising SLP • Assist in preparing materials and implementing treatment plans • Support documentation of student progress and session notes • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school staff • Provide services in group and one-on-one settings, as appropriate • Participate in professional development activities as needed Minimum Requirements: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders • Active Texas SLPA license • Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP • Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be considered.
