Our client is seeking a remote Helpdesk Specialist I to handle all password reset activities for after hours support… This is a 1 year contract (Full-time M-F 3PM-11PM).
Responsibilities:
Answer calls/emails regarding password issues
Verify users’ credentials
Collaborate routinely with customers on password issues
Escalate unresolved issues to the apporpriate contact
Provide excellent customer service directly to clients end-user
Qualifications
Prior Helpdesk Support experience
Excellent customer service experience
Great troubleshooting experience and general IT experience
Preferred experience with Kantime, UKG and or Azure
