Our client is seeking a remote Helpdesk Specialist I to handle all password reset activities for after hours support… This is a 1 year contract (Full-time M-F 3PM-11PM).
Responsibilities:
• Answer calls/emails regarding password issues
• Verify users’ credentials
• Collaborate routinely with customers on password issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to the apporpriate contact
• Provide excellent customer service directly to clients end-user
Qualifications
• Prior Helpdesk Support experience
• Excellent customer service experience
• Great troubleshooting experience and general IT experience
• Preferred experience with Kantime, UKG and or Azure
