What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage user AD accounts, BitLocker, MacAfee encryption policies, and process user account forms
Provide hardware and software installation, break/fix support, and desk-side support
Support Conference room and multimedia equipment onsite
Set up, support, and troubleshoot hybrid meetings using various webinar platforms
Maintain conference room equipment and provide IT support via phone calls, chat, and email
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must have at least 1+ years of experience providing IT support
Experience with Audio Visual systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Products
Familiarity with Mac and PC hardware and operating systems
Understanding of basic computer networks
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Certifications in IT training programs
