What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve inquiries
– De-escalate issues and escalate when necessary
– Track call information for auditing purposes
– Provide feedback on call issues
– Upsell products or services if required

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
– 6 months Customer service experience
– Over 18 years of age
– High School Graduate or GED
– Proven oral & written communication skills
