Head of Auction Operations at Goldin

About the position Responsibilities • Oversee the entire auction operations team, including cataloguing, receiving, photography, editorial, inventory, and shipping departments. • Manage daily operations of intake, storage, preparation, and shipment of auction items, ensuring workflow accuracy and efficiency. • Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency, implementing data-driven strategies to streamline workflows. • Act as the key point of contact between operations and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination of auction activities. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, high performance, and operational excellence. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. • Strong understanding of auction or e-commerce operations, with experience managing large-scale inventory and fulfillment operations. • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development, problem-solving, and operational scalability. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
