Job Title: Redemption Counter / Guest Services Associate About Us: Fun and Games is an arcade experience where families and groups of all ages come to play, eat, and celebrate. We’re looking for energetic and friendly team members to join our crew and help deliver unforgettable memories! Job Description: As a Redemption Counter / Guest Services Associate, you’ll be the smiling face that helps guests turn their hard earned tickets into prizes. You’ll keep the prize counter organized, assist guests with choosing rewards, and make sure every customer leaves happy. This role is fast paced, hands on, and perfect for someone who enjoys working with people in a fun, energetic atmosphere. Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests at the prize/redemption counter Explain how the redemption system works and answer guests' questions Handle tickets, points, and prize transactions accurately Restock and organize prize inventory Keep the counter and displays neat, and clean Support the arcade team with events, parties, and daily operations Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every guest has a great experience Sweep and tidy the arcade floor, wipe down game glass and tables, and maintain a clean environment Qualifications: Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Prior customer service, retail, or food service experience is a plus (but not required!)
