Freight Dispatcher - For Power Only/Reefers/Flatbeds/Dryvans/Hot shot

Please ensure that you meet the job requirements to be considered for onboarding. It is essential that you have your own book of business to bring in CDL drivers to our company, and we will provide them with any necessary services. Additionally, you must be authorized to work in the United States. Dispatchers can earn 20-30% of the total gross income by bringing in drivers to sign up with us. We are looking for dispatchers with their own book of business, including brokers and suppliers, with proof of activities demonstrating their ability to work independently. Dispatchers should be able to negotiate for local contracts or medical courier contracts on behalf of our company, and those who secure contracts will receive 1-3% of the total bids on each contract. We will provide you with all the tools necessary to achieve your goals, including access to our TMS software integrated with 6-7 load boards and up to 500,000 loads daily. You will be assigned a phone number with access to the company website and other infrastructure.
