Description Sevens Transport is looking for a seasoned brokerage agent that brings at least 2 years of logistics experience to the table, preferably in sales. Must be very familiar with industry practices and processes, and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with shippers. Book of Business is preferred not required. Work will be remote. Skills must include: • Sales: Converting leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our services to potential customers. • Customer Relations: Addressing customer concerns and providing solutions for complex logistical challenges to ensure customer satisfaction. • Negotiation: Negotiating deals with new customers to establish mutually beneficial agreements and secure long-term partnerships. • Information: Providing customers with accurate and detailed information on pricing, availability, and suitable transportation options to meet their specific needs. • Operations: Managing customers, shipments and carriers cradle to grave.
