Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Federal Government hiring process and recruiting strategy. Craft engaging job descriptions, requirements, and objectives to attract the best talent. Get your detective hat on and scout potential hires on various platforms like LinkedIn and social media. Reach out to potential candidates through phone and email, keeping them in the loop about exciting job opportunities. Build and nurture a network of contacts and potential candidates to tap into whenever needed. Get creative and write captivating ads to showcase our open positions. Conduct interviews in various formats like in-person, video, and phone to find the perfect match. Represent our company at Veteran job fairs and networking events to expand our candidate pool. Keep track of key performance indicators and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics. Qualifications Previous experience in recruitment, hiring, or a related field. Familiarity with different interview techniques. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. A knack for negotiation and persuasion. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations would be a plus.
