Executive Legal Recruiter (Fully Remote, Uncapped Commissions)

Responsibilities include: Recruiting attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments In-depth interviewing with attorney candidates to assess marketability Networking with attorneys and legal professionals Extending offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiating compensation packages Assisting all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions. You could be the perfect person for this job if you have the following: Experience practicing law and the desire to move into a sales/recruiting role Enthusiasm and personal motivation Business acumen and an entrepreneurial edge Prior sales experience preferred, but not required (retail, client services) JD required. No prior recruiting experience required. Experience practicing law is a requirement. This position is remote, but the successful candidate must sit in Texas (ideally in the Greater DFW area) to facilitate candidate and client meetings.
