This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Finance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing payroll processes with precision and accuracy. • Compute and analyze financial data for reporting purposes. • Monitor and manage employee timesheets to ensure compliance. • Prepare detailed and accurate financial reports. • Maintain strict confidentiality in all financial and employee-related matters. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to payroll systems. • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
