Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented D365 CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment and have a passion for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing Essential Functions: Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.  Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, Selenium, and other frameworks.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.  Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.  Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.  Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.  Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.  Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.  4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.  3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.  Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.  Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).  Strong understanding of Dynamics CE  Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications  SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester) or experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.  Experience in integrated environments involving CE and FO data exchange.  Strong understanding of Finance processes and Dynamics 365 modules.  Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.
