Responsibilities:
??Manage and grow an existing 403(b) book of business
??Virtually advise 403(b) participants from our local office
??Conduct fact-finding and design cases to meet clients’ financial goals
??Cross-sell participants and promote IRA offerings on our platform
??Utilize our 403(b) and financial planning software for comprehensive client service
??Process and track business transactions efficiently
??Collaborate with product and model portfolio experts to enhance client outcomes
