Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data into our systems and databases, ensuring high levels of data integrity and confidentiality.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis to support various projects and departments.
• Perform regular data audits and assist in the development of data entry procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and basic database management systems.
