Data and Process Analyst

About the role As a Data and Process Analyst, you will support improving operational workflows and data accuracy. Your role will focus on assisting in process analysis, identifying areas for optimization with structured methodologies, and generating insights to drive continuous improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to scalable solutions that align with our company’s goals and growth strategy. As part of the Efficiency Platforms & Tooling team in Tech Operations, you will assist in developing and implementing technology-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and process observability with clear direction and supervision. Your contributions will focus on supporting automation initiatives, optimizing workflows, and helping reduce manual effort. Who you are You have experience with process analysis and workflow optimization. You have strong knowledge of data analysis tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL (knowledge of Python or Redshift is a plus). You are detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and problem-solving. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
