Job Description Job Summary: & We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft D365 CRM Configuration and Administration Lead to oversee the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and must be hands on. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including plug-ins, pipelines, workflows, entities, forms, and views. Implement/manage modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP. Create business units& Oversee the execution of unit tests and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the CRM system is aligned with business processes and objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Understand the latest CRM technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and administration. Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other business applications. Proficiency in developing and implementing web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus. Remote About the Company: eTek IT Services, Inc.
