In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both over the phone and via email. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and… loyalty. **Responsibilities** – Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. – Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and courteous manner. – Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer information and maintain customer records. – Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers. – Analyze customer feedback and concerns to improve customer service and product offerings. – Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers and gather feedback. – Communicate effectively and clearly with customers in English and Spanish. – Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers. – Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. **Qualifications** – Proficiency in English and Spanish (multilingual skills are a plus). – Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. – Ability to analyze customer feedback and concerns to improve customer service and product offerings. – Experience with data entry and customer service software. – Strong upselling and sales skills. – A positive and customer-centric attitude.
