Contribution Processor (PT), Payroll Services Remote

About the position The Contribution Processor position is a part-time role focused on the administration of payroll reduction retirement plans. The role involves processing payroll remittance payments and documentation, reconciling payment amounts, and utilizing proprietary systems to allocate payments to participant accounts. This position offers a flexible working environment with opportunities for growth within the Data Services Department. Responsibilities • Support payroll remittance processing in the Data Services Department. , • Receive and process payroll remittance payments and documentation from employers and third-party administrators. , • Reconcile Payroll Remittance payment amounts and documentation. , • Escalate matching and other complex problems to the Resolution Team. , • Use proprietary system to allocate payments to participant accounts. , • Meet or exceed required levels of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas. , • Complete other projects as assigned by Supervisor or Product Manager. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required. , • Strong computer skills including typing and 10-key. , • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. , • Ability to learn new software quickly. , • Ability to meet deadlines and time constraints. , • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. , • Professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication. , • Highly motivated with a hardworking and positive attitude. , • Ability to stay on task and manage distractions. , • Ability to work well within a team.
