JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an eager and high-energy person who is willing to learn about the installation and maintenance of a trampoline park. Along with the love to travel and get along with fellow coworkers on the road. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in working directly with designers, vendors, contractors, engineers, architects. Must have a valid drivers license Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to travel 90% of the time Must be able to travel several months at a time. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills Ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Self-directing and self-motivating with a 'will do', positive attitude Get along well with other coworkers on the team. Able to work with power tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: Installing new attractions. Maintaining current attractions. Coordinates and communicates project status updates throughout the process Works closely with the design and park operations teams. Troubleshoots with contractors, vendors, architects or engineers throughout the project Determines the critical path and project milestones in order to stay on track with target completion dates Completes and documents site assessments for each project Mitigates risks through great project planning and problem solves for potential threats or issues; communicates project risks with a sense of urgency for immediate resolutions Completes all project deliverables and triggers at each milestone PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. This position requires the ability move around and position self appropriately during park and construction visits, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation is $19/hr based on qualifications and experience.
