Construction Documentation & Technology Specialist - New York, NY

About the position Responsibilities • Visit multiple construction projects each day to document a range of commercial and residential projects through various collection tools. • Create and follow specific shoot paths during site visits. • Upload captured information and data to Multivista's online platform for customer viewing. • Receive training in multiple technology deliverables. • Interact with project managers and other tradespeople on-site. • Provide project updates and status to management and sales teams. • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of Multivista. Requirements • Basic understanding of construction preferred but not required. • Familiarity with construction drawings, floor plans, and documents preferred but not necessary. • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are a must. • Proficiency or willingness to be trained on various reality capture technologies. • Ability to navigate construction job sites safely and efficiently. • Excellent communication skills for client liaison. Nice-to-haves • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred but not required. • Part 107 certificate preferred but not required. • Experience with digital photography, webcam installation, video capture, laser scanning, and drones.
