Role : Capacity & Performance Consultant Location : 100% Remote We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity & Performance Consultant with experience in SAS, MICS, system programming, and network performance monitoring . The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing system performance, monitoring capacity trends, and delivering insights that drive IT infrastructure optimization across mainframe and distributed environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with SAS (programming, reporting, and analytics). Proficiency with MICS (or similar mainframe performance management tools). Experience in system programming within mainframe or distributed environments. Solid understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring, and workload forecasting . Knowledge of network performance analysis and related metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
