Call Center Sales Representative

We are searching for a polite, professional call center representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The call center representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
To be a successful call center representative, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

• Split between call center and home
• Manage ongoing training for call center staff
• Maintain an expert knowledge of call center
• Maintain call center database by entering information

• Ensuring that call center policies and procedures
• Monitor all day in the call center to gage call center activity
• Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers
• Providing reporting on service levels for call center performance
• Expect professionalism and reliability from call center employees
• Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas
• Ensure that the call center goals are met and support call center quality and training efforts
• Ensure that the contact center goals are met and support contact center quality and training efforts

• Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer
• Improve call center systems and processes, as well as hire, train, and manage call center staff
• Accomplishing sales goals and maintain a daily call quota
