Business Skills Coach

We are looking for a Business Skills Coach to deliver high quality training programmes to develop our Apprentices knowledge, skills and behaviours for their Level 5 Leadership & Management Programme. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in Apprenticeships ideally delivering coaching and management qualifications. Requirements Qualified trainer and assessor with demonstrable training and delivery experience of Level 3 and 5 Management Apprenticeships and Qualifications. Delivery experience of Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeships would be desirable. Industry competence and experience in a management role. Proficient in managing learners and caseloads effectively. Utilises technology adeptly to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Can consistently demonstrate operating as an outstanding or minimum good trainer/assessor, through previous OTLA (Observation of Teaching and Learning) and standardisation observations. Proven ability to work in a target driven environment with a track record in successfully achieving targets. Excellent written skills to enable detailed feedback and target setting of objectives. Experience of Ofsted inspections and an understanding of ESFA funding requirements desirable but not essential.
