Business Accounting Team Member - Part time Ongoing Work

We are a US based financial services company that specializes in working with startups and entrepreneurs. We're seeking highly organized, detail oriented accounting help that do everything from basic bookkeeping to complex industry-specific financial projections. Ideally looking for someone who is available to work between 9:30am-5:30pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on a part-time, ongoing basis. Required Experience: Degree in Accounting, MBA's are a plus United States Business/Corporate Accounting for small to medium businesses Accounting in accordance with GAAP QuickBooks Online Certified Facility with Cloud-based accounting systems and cloud-based document storage Skills: Bookkeeping Transaction Entry Project/Job Coding Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Month End Close Payroll Management Budgeting Preparation of Financial Statements Understand Sales Tax in California Understand EIDL loan E-Commerce accounting Inventory management experience with QBO Problem-solving skills with regards to accounting issues Able to work independently Software Capabilities: Quickbooks Online Slack Asana Mac & Windows Certified Quickbooks Online Advanced is a plus Culturally, our team: Is passionate about startups & entrepreneurs Wants our team-members and our clients to succeed Is adaptable to different environments & personalities Has a strong work ethic yet also understands boundaries so we avoid burnout Is great at problem solving, but also willing to ask for help when we fall short Has an approachable communication style Apply tot his job
