Building Official/Regional Manager

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Building Official/Regional Manager. The Building Official/Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing compliance with building codes, managing regional projects, conducting inspections, and liaising with governmental bodies. Daily tasks will include reviewing construction plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing guidance and support to teams, and maintaining project documentation. Qualifications • Possess strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and oversight • Proficient in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or applicable experience . • Certifications: ICC Combination Inspector required, CBO is a plus, MCP is a big plus .
