Bookkeeping Assistant - Aqua-Tots Swim School - Matthews, NC - work from home job Company: Aqua-Tots Swim School Job description: Full Job Description Our company is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable and friendly Bookkeeper/Assistant with an accounting background highly preferred to perform the following duties on a part time basis: • Assist with bookkeeping duties, recording daily transactions. • Reconcile credit card accounts. • Assist with monitoring actual expenses to budget and financial statement analysis. • Prepare regular reports to provide to management team. Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is essential. • Assist Accounting Administrator with tasks, as needed. This is a part time position. Hourly rate is up to $25 p/hour based on experience.
