Bookkeeper for digital assets firm

Bookkeeper (QuickBooks & Excel) Location: USA Job Type: Part-Time About Us: Glass Markets is a US based data company. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable bookkeeper to join our team and help maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel. Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial statements. Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking budgets, expenses, and reports. Generate regular financial reports for management. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Knowledge of payroll processing.
