Bookkeeper & AR Specialist for Fast-Growing Media Company (QuickBooks Proficiency Required) - Contract to Hire

We’ve scaled significantly in revenue in just three years — completely bootstrapped and organically — and now operate with a team of 10 full-time creatives and strategists. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for smart, detail-oriented partners to help us stay financially sharp. Who We’re Looking For: A reliable, detail-driven bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks and accounts receivable management who can work alongside our leadership team to: Your Responsibilities: - Categorize and reconcile expenses in QuickBooks - Support monthly bookkeeping and tax preparation tasks - Create and manage reports for internal financial review (weekly) - Assist with cash flow tracking and financial projection modeling - Handle collections by following up with clients via email, text, or phone - Monitor overdue invoices and send friendly reminders professionally What You’ll Need: - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online -Experience using excel or google sheets - Experience with bookkeeping and AR for service-based businesses - Confidence in communicating with clients about payment in a professional tone - Strong attention to detail and ability to hit deadlines - Bonus: experience in media or creative service industries Why Work With Us: We’re growing fast, operate with transparency, and value efficiency and collaboration.
