Overview We are an established U.S.-based ABA clinic hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We are looking for a proven recruiter/sourcer who can consistently deliver interview-ready, job-ready BCBA candidates—not just resumes. What “Job-Ready” Means (Non-Negotiable) Candidates you submit must be able to confirm: Current BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing (or immediate eligibility with proof) Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass standard background screening Clear availability and realistic start timeline Alignment with ABA clinic expectations (documentation, supervision, collaboration, professionalism) Willingness to meet role requirements (in-clinic/hybrid/remote as defined by us) Scope of Work Source and outreach to BCBA candidates using your channels (LinkedIn, networks, databases, referrals) Pre-screen candidates and validate “job-ready” criteria before submission Provide a short candidate brief for each submission (see deliverables below) Coordinate interview scheduling handoff (we will run final interviews and make offers) Deliverables (Per Candidate Submitted) For each candidate, provide: Resume + LinkedIn (if available) BACB credential confirmation (status + certificate number or verification link details) Location + commute/relocation status; preferred work model (in-clinic/hybrid/remote) Compensation expectations Earliest start date Quick screening notes: clinical strengths, years of ABA experience, populations served, leadership/supervision experience, and why they are a fit Any deal-breakers identified upfront Ideal Recruiter Profile Demonstrated experience recruiting BCBAs for U.S. ABA providers Strong sourcing and outreach skills (can generate pipeline quickly) Excellent screening judgment (we want qualified candidates only) Fast communication and reliable weekly reporting Engagement & Payment Please propose your preferred structure: Hourly (with a weekly cap), or Per “qualified, interview-ready” BCBA submitted, or Per successful hire / placement model (optional) To Apply, Please Include Your recruiting approach and sourcing channels Your proposed fee model Typical time-to-fill for BCBA roles How you verify BACB status and job readiness 2–3 examples of BCBA roles you’ve filled (no confidential details) Your availability to start immediately Start Immediate.
