Summary We are hiring a Contract BCBA Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-growing, mission-driven behavioral health organization. Our growth in Texas and Nebraska requires a dedicated partner to attract talented BCBAs to ensure the highest quality of clinical services. You’ll identify and nurture prospective BCBAs, Assistant Clinical Directors (ACDs), Clinical Directors (CDs), and Regional Clinical Directors (RCDs). After you’ve sourced and vetted top talent, you’ll transition qualified candidates to our People Operations Manager and clinic leaders for interviews and final hiring decisions. The position is based in DFW, Texas area, you must reside in the area and be willing to visit clinics and attend recruiting events as needed. Responsibilities • Utilize BACB registry, job fairs, university career services, online postings, social media and conference attendee directories; maintain real-time talent maps for every clinic • Craft personalized messages, run nurture campaigns, conduct initial interest calls, and verify licensure/credential fi t before passing leads to hiring teams • Represent Galliant at local ABA conferences (travel reimbursed) and host occasional virtual info sessions to build relationships with potential talent and boost community engagement • Update our Applicant Tracking System with lead status and produce weekly snapshots of sourcing volume, response rates, and conversions to interview • Participate in local ABA events to network and cultivate our talent pipeline • Meet with prospective candidates, primarily in the DFW area Requirements • 3+ years sourcing licensed or credentialed clinicians (BCBA, OT/PT, SLP, nursing, etc.) across multiple states. • Mastery of talent search and Applicant Tracking tools • Proven ability to engage passive talent and convert them to qualified leads • Solid understanding of state licensure requirements and ABA industry nuances • Bonus: ABA experience or existing BCBA network Compensation: • -1099 contractor • Uncapped commission structure If you are passionate about making a difference through your work in recruitment, we invite you to apply today and become part of our dedicated team at Galliant Care!
