Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Quality Lead. This role will be responsible for quality assurance related to requirements as defined by health insurance and the BACB.
Job Duties
This role will include the following job duties:
Provide quality assurance to independent BCBAs
Act as a liaison to insurance companies, building trusted professional relationships
Provide clinical recommendations when requested
Provide advice on program operations (e.g., training, performance evaluations) when requested
Qualifications
This role requires the following qualifications:
Current BCBA certification
At least 5 years of experience in the ABA field
At least 2 years of experience in clinical leadership for an autism clinic in California
At least 2 years of experience working directly with insurance companies, with a preference for Catalight Care Services (previously BHPN)
CompensationThis role includes the following compensation:
2 – 5 hours per week, with hour fluctuations depending on work demand
$80/hour
