Job Summary Are you a finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are excited to invite an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager, supporting various financial functions including reporting, analysis, bookkeeping, and project implementation. Your contributions will... be key to ensuring the financial health and success of our organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Finance Manager to achieve department goals and objectives. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate, review, and analyze financial reports to maintain accuracy and completeness. Work closely with internal teams and international colleagues on various tasks and projects. Contribute to budget preparation and forecasting efforts. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities. Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently. Ensure ongoing compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity. Assist in variance analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities and ways to enhance revenue. Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Act as a back-up for payroll processing and provide ADP Total Source payroll reports as needed. Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects. Travel twice annually for company meetings and workshops in the Northeast. Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance or Accounting role. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (REQUIRED). Experience with SAP Business by Design (preferred). Advanced Excel skills required. Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must reside in the United States with full work authorization (no sponsorship).
