Responsibilities • Finding new volunteer coaches and team members within the borough of Haringey • Processing volunteer applications, including talking to and encouraging potential applicants • Interviewing volunteers (online, helped by the lead Cordinator) • Requesting references, collating equality forms • Attending a monthly management meeting to report on progress and collaborate with other team members Requirements Solid experience in all aspects of recruitment activities including interviewing. • The ability to prioritise own work, and someone who takes a pride in dealing with administrative duties speedily with attention to detail - as the first point of contact, you represent our organisation. • Openness to new recruitment ideas which can be... translated into action, and the willingness to collaborate with other team members. • A supportive and encouraging approach to potential volunteers.
