About the role: Freelance: B2B contract Hourly rate: 50–90 PLN net 100% remote , Polish time zone (UTC+2) Includes training budget ⚡ Fast-paced recruitment cycles for urgent tech and leadership roles Please note: no paid holidays or sick leave What you'll do: Source and recruit top tech talent (mobile, UX/UI, QA) as well as leadership and back-office roles Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, AmazingHiring, Fetcher, etc.) to speed up sourcing and screening Continuously test and implement new-generation recruitment platforms Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Dribble , and through Boolean search Collaborate closely with Lidia , our experienced recruiter, to meet tight deadlines Lead and improve recruitment projects, conduct post-mortems , and train others in AI-powered recruiting methods What's next? Send us your CV with your LinkedIn profile — we’d love to connect. 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in or for software houses Proven expertise in using AI-driven recruitment tools and staying ahead of sourcing innovation Solid hands-on experience in platform sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, etc.) and Boolean search Deep understanding of the software house hiring landscape — how it moves, scales, and evolves A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and readiness to challenge the status quo Ability to work independently and with full ownership Fluent English (C1)
