About the position Responsibilities • Full cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients. • Recruiting salaried Manufacturing, Engineering, and Molding roles. • Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process. • Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully. • Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision. Requirements • Must have recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Engineering business function. • RPO experience is a plus. • Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent. • Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems and proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). • Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
