The Financial Crimes Screening and Monitoring Product Manager drives significant change through the organization by defining the strategy, implementing new technology, and remediating critical control deficiencies. Successful delivery will directly impact client and employee experience, allow the Bank to comply with regulatory requirements in a scalable way, and significantly reduce operating risk. This position provides day-to-day leadership for a team of project managers and product analysts who are responsible for defining the product outcomes and strategy, executing the end-state vision, leading cross-functional teams (strategy, execution, change management) to develop outstanding multi-channel integration experiences and products that generate… tangible business results, leveraging data and analytical tools for key product decisions and recommendations, and implementing the Screening Target Operating Model. In this role, you will: Ensure that all products are in accordance with the Bank?s internal Policies and Procedures as well as meet all external Regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) obligations, thus ensuring that we are effectively managing BSA/AML risk Introduce change for 1,000 employees globally Be responsible for customer onboarding due diligence, periodic reviews, ongoing monitoring, exits and off-boarding, and front-line monitoring coordination Interface with Compliance, Risk, and LOB Leaders across the Enterprise Build successful relationships across Wells Fargo, including but not limited to: senior levels of Wells Fargo?s Financial Crimes Risk Management, Wells Fargo Audit Services (WFAS) and line of business teams Work closely to build alignment and capabilities in Wells Fargo?s offshore Enterprise Global Services (EGS) centers whose activities will be crucial to building out an effective and efficient Financial Crimes Operations Manage and develop a team of product management contributors Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a less complex product or service Strategize growth opportunities Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation Recommend product enhancements, support sales and marketing Interpret and develop product enhancements recommending product pricing, distribution strategies, and performance measurements Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers Interact directly with vendors Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 4 years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2 years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Experience working across international regions Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: product management, operations, strategic planning, project management, or implementation 4 years of product management experience, defining product outcomes and strategy including feasibility, business case, product governance, technology development, operational readiness, implementation, and go-to-market strategies Effective relationship management skills Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels Experience with driving organizational change, developing innovative solutions, and delivering results Highly refined and professional verbal and written communication skills Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including executive leadership Ability to translate complex technical concepts in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influences sound decisions Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Experience working with Second Line of Defense (LOD) Risk organizations and front lines of business to improve the risk management function related to customer onboarding activities Change Management and Process Improvement abilities Job Expectations: This position will be located at 8505 IBM Dr Charlotte, NC (Innovation Park) and other locations will not be considered Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Location: 8505 IBM Dr Charlotte, NC Pay Range $111,100.00 – $197,500.00 Benefits Wells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
