What You’ll Do…
Provide live chat support, addressing customer inquiries and issues on our website and social media platforms. You’ll assist both existing customers and potential new customers with a range of questions, from support to sales inquiries.
Undergo a comprehensive training program to become well-versed in our products, services, and customer support protocols.
Contract Duration: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via live chat, offering information, support, and guidance to enhance their experience.
Utilize provided documentation and resources to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Access to a device with internet capabilities to use chat and social media tools (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop).
Ability to work autonomously, with a keen focus on details and adherence to instructions.
Commitment to a minimum of 10 hours per week with a stable internet connection.
Skills/Background:
No previous experience in chat support required; all necessary training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
Must be proactive, reliable, and ready to engage in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates within the United States.
